By popular request we are now selling granola! This is the granola that we served at our B&B and also I serve it when I am yoga retreat chef. As a coeliac I find it quite frustrating that all too often I can't enjoy granola. Its because it's not made with certified gluten free oats, so that's why I make for me and for you.
Our blend is so popular as it's not overly sweet. We use honey or maple syrup to sweeten it a little and then each variety has it's own blend of dried fruit and nuts to give it's distinct flavour combo. We also toast our oats, seeds and nuts until golden brown to bring out maximum flavour and all those toasty notes.
All in all a delicious breakfast just as it is with milk or topped with yogurt or pop some fresh fruit on top too. Sprinkle over yogurt or smoothies or just spooned out of the jar as a snack!
