Christmas loaf with date, walnut & stem ginger, cinnamon & sultana sourdough, chocolate & hazelnut bread, kalamata olive focaccia,  rosemary focaccia, turmeric & cumin loaf, chocolate Christmas brownie  & raspberry, white chocolate & toasted hazelnut granola.

All our breads freeze beautifully so can be sliced and frozen so they can be enjoyed slice by slice, no waste but lots of variety!

All our Christmas selections can be ordered at any time but will be dispatched the week commencing 20th December. Please place a separate order for any other products that are to be received before the week of Christmas.

 

Christmas loaf - date, walnut & stem ginger

Here at the bakery we love Christmas so we've made a loaf with some of our favourite christmassy flavours with our buckwheat & poppyseed blend to create a delicious sweet bread.

Enjoy as bread & butter as a quick sweet treat, soft, sweet & tasty or pop it in the toaster and slather it with butter, sit down with a cup of tea and enjoy!

Ingredients:

Buckwheat, sorghum, white teff, brown teff, quinoa, flaxseed, psyllium, walnuts, dates, stem ginger, fresh yeast, poppyseed, rice flour, salt.

Vegan

Allergens: Walnuts 

 

Cinnamon & Sultana Sourdough

A sourdough tea bread.  Delicious eaten buttered but at it's very best toasted and eaten warm for breakfast, afternoon tea or just because you fancy a treat!

This is made from our sourdough recipe with added cinnamon and sultanas.  It's still a true sourdough with additions for another flavour.  

The wild yeasts do the hard work instead of bakers yeast and a long ferment gives the bread is unique texture & sourdough taste - not so prominent here with all the delicious cinnamon & sultanas to enjoy too.

Ingredients: sorghum flour, buckwheat flour, millet flour, maize flour, potato flour, teff flour, quinoa flour, rice flour, psyllium husk, flaxseed, salt, cinnamon, sultanas, sunflower oil.

Vegan

Chocolate & toasted hazelnut bread

We've added toasted hazelnuts and 70% Callebaut dark chocolate to our very popular farmhouse loaf to produce an indulgent bread for breakfast, brunch, teatime or any time!

Slice it and freeze it and then you've always got a treat tucked away for when you fancy one!

Ingredients:  millet flour, sorghum flour, buckwheat maize flour, potato flour, flaxseed, psyllium, fresh yeast, hazelnuts, chocolate (cocoa mass, sugar, fat reduced cocoa powder, emulsifier: soya lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring), salt.

Allergens: Hazelnuts, soya 

Vegan

 

Kalamata olive focaccia

Our focaccia has a light texture and is perfect to enjoy as part of a meal, to dip in olive oil & balsamic vinegar or even split a square of it and toast it like a panini!

It's made from our very own focaccia flour mix, lots of olive oil & Maldon sea salt.

we bake it in its own little wooden tray, which makes it really easy to refresh.

Place it on an oven tray & give it a good splash of water & then pop it into a hot oven ( 180-200c) for 10 to 15 minutes.  Do keep an eye on it though as all ovens vary.  It should be moist and soft inside with a crusty exterior. (Instructions on the packaging).

There's no need to re-heat all of it at once though - you can portion it & freeze it too.

This freezes really well - up to 3 months.

Ingredients:

Rice flour, potato flour, tapioca flour, psyllium, yeast, olive oil, milk, eggs, kalamata olives, vinegar, rosemary, salt.

Allergens:

Eggs milk


Rosemary Focaccia

Our rosemary focaccia has a light texture and is perfect to enjoy as part of a meal, to dip into olive oil and balsamic vinegar or even split and toast it like a panini.  It’s made from our very own focaccia flour mix, lots of olive oil &  Maldon sea salt.

We bake it in its own little wooden tray, which makes it so easy to refresh.

Turmeric & Cumin Loaf

We've  use wholegrain flours to make this loaf and have added turmeric and cumin to make the most beautiful yellow bread.

Not only does it look great but it tastes great too.

Great with smoked fish, cheese and chutneys or enjoyed simply toasted with butter.

Ingredients:  millet flour, sorghum flour, buckwheat maize flour, potato flour, fresh yeast, psyllium, flaxseed, turmeric, cumin, salt.

Raspberry, Toasted Hazelnut & White Chocolate Granola

 A luxurious granola that's a bit of a treat with white chocolate callets, freeze dried raspberries and hazelnuts added to our granola base of gluten free certified oats, honey, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds and raisins. 

This isn't just delicious but it's really pretty too - particularly when the raspberries turn the milk pink - It always brightens up my breakfast!
