Three fruity loaves to enjoy and our Christmas brownies - we've added cranberries and our own candied orange  with white chocolate so they are even more indulgent than the original! 

All our breads freeze beautifully so can be sliced and frozen so they can be enjoyed slice by slice, no waste but lots of variety!

All our Christmas selections can be ordered at any time but will be dispatched the week commencing 20th December. Please place a separate order for any other products that are to be received before the week of Christmas.

 

Christmas date, walnut & stem ginger loaf:

Enjoy as bread & butter as a quick sweet treat, soft, sweet & tasty or pop it in the toaster and slather it with butter, sit down with a cup of tea and enjoy!

Ingredients:

Buckwheat, sorghum, white teff, brown teff, quinoa, flaxseed, psyllium, walnuts, dates, stem ginger, fresh yeast, poppyseed, rice flour, salt.

Vegan

Allergens: Walnuts 

 

Christmas Brownie:

Our luxurious chocolate brownies richly chocolatey and incredibly moreish with a Christmas twist  - we've added cranberries, our very own candied orange & white chocolate. 

They do freeze beautifully but the challenge is to get them into freezer!

Freeze for up to 3 months.

Ingredients:

Sugar, milk, eggs, chocolate, (cocoa mass, sugar, fat reduced cocoa powder, emulsifier: soya lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring) cacao powder, rice flour, buckwheat flour, potato flour, maize flour. tapioca flour, teff flour, cranberries, orange peel, white chocolate, sunflower oil, salt

Contains: Milk, Egg, Soya ( lecithin in chocolate)

 

 Cinnamon & Sultana Sourdough 

A sourdough tea bread.  Delicious eaten buttered but at it's very best toasted and eaten warm for breakfast, afternoon tea or just because you fancy a treat!

This is made from our sourdough recipe with added cinnamon and sultanas.  It's still a true sourdough with additions for another flavour.  

The wild yeasts do the hard work instead of bakers yeast and a long ferment gives the bread is unique texture & sourdough taste - not so prominent here with all the delicious cinnamon & sultanas to enjoy too.

Ingredients: sorghum flour, buckwheat flour, millet flour, maize flour, potato flour, teff flour, quinoa flour, rice flour, psyllium husk, flaxseed, salt, cinnamon, sultanas, sunflower oil.

Apricot & pumpkin seed loaf

We've used wholegrain flours to make our own flour blend for this loaf & we've studded it with dried apricots and pumpkin seeds  - it is delicious and nutritious!

Delicious lightly toasted, slathered with butter or in sandwiches too – to be enjoyed as a sweet or savoury bread.  This one goes particularly well with cheese and also cold meats or jams and marmalade!

Ingredients:  millet flour, sorghum flour, buckwheat flour, maize flour, potato flour, fresh yeast, psyllium, apricots, pumpkin seeds, flaxseed, salt.
