All our breads freeze beautifully so can be sliced and frozen so they can be enjoyed slice by slice, no waste but lots of variety!
All our Christmas selections can be ordered at any time but will be dispatched the week commencing 20th December. Please place a separate order for any other products that are to be received before the week of Christmas.
Roasted red onion focaccia
Our focaccia has a light texture and is perfect to enjoy as part of a meal, to dip into olive oil and balsamic vinegar or even split and toast it like a panini. It’s made from our very own focaccia flour mix, roasted red onions, rosemary, lots of olive oil & Maldon sea salt.
We bake it in its own little wooden tray, which makes it so easy to refresh.
Place it on a baking tray and give it a good splash of water and pop it in a hot oven (180 - 200C) for 10 – 15 minutes. Do keep an eye on it though as all ovens vary. It should be moist and soft inside with a crusty exterior.
There's no need to re-heat all of it at once though - you can of course portion it and re- heat it too.
It also freezes really well - up to 3 months.
Rice flour, potato flour, tapioca flour, psyllium, yeast, olive oil, milk, eggs, red onion, rosemary, salt.

Turmeric & Cumin Loaf
We've use wholegrain flours to make this loaf and have added turmeric and cumin to make the most beautiful yellow bread.
Not only does it look great but it tastes great too.
Great with smoked fish, cheese and chutneys or enjoyed simply toasted with butter.
Ingredients: millet flour, sorghum flour, buckwheat maize flour, potato flour, fresh yeast, psyllium, flaxseed, turmeric, cumin, salt.
Fig & Walnut Sourdough
A sweet sourdough loaf that's delicious eaten as a sweet bread buttered, toasted and also fabulous with cheese - especially blue cheese!
At its very best toasted, as with all sourdough.
This loaf is made from our sourdough flour blend and starter with walnuts & figs added to the dough before its last ferment. It's still a true sourdough it's just got these delicious extra ingredients for added flavour. The wild yeasts still do the hard work instead of bakers' yeast and a long ferment gives the bread its unique texture & sourdough taste. The natural sweetness of the fig and the walnuts really compliment this.
Ingredients: sorghum flour, buckwheat flour, millet flour, maize flour, potato flour, teff flour, quinoa flour, rice flour, psyllium husk, flaxseed, salt, walnuts, figs, walnut oil, star anise.
Chocolate & Toasted Hazelnut Bread
We've added toasted hazelnuts and 70% Callebaut dark chocolate to our very popular farmhouse loaf to produce an indulgent bread for breakfast, brunch, teatime or any time!
Slice it and freeze it and then you've always got a treat tucked away for when you fancy one!
Ingredients: millet flour, sorghum flour, buckwheat maize flour, potato flour, flaxseed, psyllium, fresh yeast, hazelnuts, chocolate (cocoa mass, sugar, fat reduced cocoa powder, emulsifier: soya lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring), salt.
Allergens: Hazelnuts, soya
Salted Caramel Chocolate Brownie
Our luxurious chocolate brownies but with salted caramel - a classic combo. Incredibly moreish - they do freeze beautifully but the challenge is to get them into freezer!
Baked in an oblong wooden tray - equivalent to 6 brownies.
Freeze for up to 3 months.

Date & Walnut Granola
Our blend of granola with plenty of dates and walnuts; a classic granola combo.
We add chopped dates and walnuts to our base of gluten free oats, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds and sultanas. We also add honey to give just a touch of sweetness. Honey, dates and walnuts - a perfect combo
