Whether you are coeliac/ gluten free or can eat “normal” bread do have a read if you have a few minutes to spare.
I am a supporter & a member of The Real Bread Campaign. Gluten free bread bakers are very welcome to be members as long as they fit the criteria:
Just flour, salt & water.
Any other ingredients such as seeds, nuts, dairy can be added as long as they are completely natural too.
No chemicals, gums, not even baking powder are allowed.
I’m very proud to say my loaves fit the criteria.
