Shipping policy

We bake to order and dispatch the same day using DPD Next Day delivery (some parts of Scotland - two day delivery).

A safe place or leave with neighbour instruction on the DPD app must be left  when you receive delivery notification from them, even if you think you may be at home at the time of the delivery.  The products are perishable but will not be left unless either of these options are completed. You can also upload a picture of your house, entrance or front door to assist the driver.

The Bakery by Knife & Fork cannot be held liable for lost or delayed orders related to an incorrect address, incomplete information entered on ordering or no entry made as advised on the DPD delivery app service.
