All roles are located at our purpose-built bakery in Deddington, Oxfordshire, Monday to Thursday, reporting directly to our founder Tanya Young.

Current Vacancies
All bakery roles have an early start but that does mean an early finish too!
Hours vary dependent on role.
We start work at 4:00am/5am for an eight hour shift so a lovely early finish. So, there is an upside – if you are an early riser!
Trainee Baker / Bakery Assistant
Calling all budding bakers!
We are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Trainee Baker to work alongside our existing team. You will have a passion for people, exceptional quality and always be willing to go the extra mile. The role will include general tasks to support our expert Bakers, and have the opportunity to learn and grow in a small business with big growth ambition. Perhaps you are just leaving college and looking for your first role, or a passionate home-baker wanting to build your skills into a career.
Hours 5am – 1:30pm
Baker
If you are an experienced baker looking for your next role we want to hear from you. No gluten-free baking experience is necessary, but you will have relevant baking qualifications and a strong history in either a kitchen or bakery environment creating baked goods. You will also have strong people skills and enjoy working as part of a team.
4:00am – 1pm
Kitchen Assistant
We are looking for an enthusiastic Kitchen Assistant to support out expert bakers. No experience is necessary, but as a small team it is all hands-on deck. This is an essential role to ensure our kitchen runs efficiently and to a high level of cleanliness and quality standards.

5am start. Part time & full time available
Packing Assistant
We are looking for an enthusiastic Packing Assistant. No experience is necessary as training will be given. This is also an essential role requiring a high level of cleanliness to ensure our quality standards are maintained. Attention to detail is essential.
Hours to be agreed for the right individual – start times: 7am to 9am.
