When will my bread arrive?

Please check the banner at the top of the website pages to check the week when your bread will be baked and dispatched.  This is based on the date you place an  order.  You will  also receive a confirmation email confirming your order with a bake and dispatch date once your order has been received.  If you do not receive this please check your spam/other folder.

In general your bread will be baked six to seven days from the day that you place your order.  We bake to order and our sourdough slow ferments for a minimum of 40 hours.
Can I place an order to arrive on a certain date?

If you would like to receive your order on a certain date we can usually accommodate this but we do need as much notice as possible so ordering early is recommended.  If you are not sure when to place an order please email us and we can advise you.
We bake & dispatch Mondays through to Thursdays, deliveries arriving Tuesdays through to Fridays.

How should I store my bread?
We recommend that any bread that will not be eaten on the day it is delivered or the day after is sliced and frozen.
Our bread is made without chemicals and preservatives and is a natural perishable product.  To prolong its life fold the end of the pack over itself or wrap the loaf in greaseproof paper and store in a cool, dark, dry place.
Can I freeze my bread?
If you won't be able to eat it all within a day or two, we recommend you slice and freeze it as soon as possible whilst it's very fresh.  Eat within one month.

How do I place an order?

Please place your order via our online store, pay online and follow the instructions for delivery.
DPD will send a text/email advising of the day and hour slot for delivery.  Please reply to this and nominate a safe place or a neighbour where your parcel can be left.   Your parcel is perishable and should be delivered the day after we have baked for you.

Do you have a minimum quantity order?
We do not have a minimum order quantity but we do suggest that you order four (or more!) for postal deliveries. This is because we have partnered with DPD to ensure that your fresh loaves arrive in perfect condition the day after they have been baked.  It costs the same to deliver 12 loaves as it does to deliver one, so the more loaves you buy the more cost effective it is.
We bake to order and dispatch that day delivering fresh bread to your doorstep the very next day.
