  • Description

    Our Great Taste Award Winning rosemary focaccia has a light texture and is perfect to enjoy as part of a meal, to dip into olive oil and balsamic vinegar or even split and toast it like a panini. It’s made from our very own focaccia flour mix, lots of olive oil & sea salt. We bake it in its own little wooden tray, which makes it so easy to refresh. Place it on a baking tray and give it a good splash of water and pop it in a hot oven (180 - 200C) for 10 – 15 minutes. Do keep an eye on it though as all ovens vary. It should be moist and soft inside with a crusty exterior. There's no need to re-heat all of it at once though - you can of course portion it and re- heat it too.

My favourite bread of all.

Such a flavourful bread. And so perfect to use as a cheese (and onion) toastie - crisp on the outside with a succulent soft, moist texture inside blending well with the filling. My 'to die for' lunch.

Irresistible …The best GF focaccia!

Really delicious and so soft and moist. Quick toasting toast or warm in the oven. Lovely flavour…irresistible!

I really appreciate there are no nasty additives in ‘The Bakery’ products. They are all delicious, and never any gut ache for me which, sadly, happens with other GF brands.

Delicious Rosemary Foccacia!

I just loved the Rosemary Foccacia, it is delicious and filling. Lovely texture when fresh, after a few day I warmed some in the toaster and it was fab. Looking forward to trying the Olive Foccacia next 😋
