    This loaf has a tangy sour taste, a substantial & chewy crust with a dense crumb & makes the best toast or toasted sandwich. Our sourdough is made from just flour, salt, water and seeds. Wild yeasts and a long fermentation does the hard work instead of bakers yeast and it's this long ferment that also gives the bread is unique texture & incredible taste. We have our very own unique gluten free sourdough starter and flour blend that creates our Knife & Fork gluten free sourdough loaves. This is our original sourdough loaf in its traditional free form shape. Each loaf is the same size but there are never two the same.

One of the best GF sourdoughs I’ve tried in the UK

I love the heaviness, fullness, and richness of the taste. First of all, it has the light sourness of any good sourdough. Secondly, it’s beautifully heavy. I’m from Ukraine and this bread tastes a lot like our rye bread.

Wholesome loaf of bread

Love that this bread is nutrient dense and no nasties. Tastes wholesome and fills you up and you know it’s doing you some good. Not like the typical shop bought plastic gf bread! Takes about a week to be delivered as it’s baked to order so factor that in when you order.

Coeliac friendly loaf!

Bought both the sourdough and buckwheat. Both good, buckwheat our fave! And they're oat free too !!

Love the simplicity of the ingredients compared with supermarket bought GF bread. Not such a fan of it untoasted but a lovely substitute toasted!!
