Disappointed

Sadly this was very dry and crumbly. Even after slicing before freezing it just broke up when removing from packaging.

DELICIOUS! 😋

Absolutely scrummy! Thickly cut, toasted ….. and finished in air fryer slathered with goats butter and mashed banana on top!
So over the moon to have found gluten free bread that is as good as any bread, I’ve really missed toast and this is an absolute treat!
Also love the cinnamon/date loaf. Wish though there was no soya …… but it’s only a tiny bit so ok …. ☺️✨
