This loaf weighs in at 1.2kg. With all the hype and imaginative advertising on FB, I thought fork and knife basket had cracked the issues with baking a gluten free loaf without using wheat flour, it's tasty and thank you for attempting to satisfy gluten free folk like me but it's nothing special
Bread just fell apart, I put it in the freezer on the day I received it, I took 2 slices out a few days later to toast for my breakfast but it literally just collapsed in to 3 - 4 pieces, impossible to toast, went in the bin!
Great texture and very tasty…..would highly recommend!

As a coeliac, and having tasted so many gluten free breads on the market, the Rosemary Focaccia outshines them all. It has a delicious flavour and the stretchy quality one rarely finds in gluten free breads.
Working my way through the taster pack so still haven’t sampled all of them. But the sourdough, the focaccia and the date and cinnamon have all been excellent. I know I will definitely be placing another order!
I just love the composition of this granola. I don’t even need gluten free granola, but it is simply the best!
Such a perfect bread for picnics and lazy summer lunches. I particularly like this bread served warm with cheese and salad.

This is the first time I have tried this loaf. I had some with my lunch today it is delicious. I don't eat a lot of bread but I am sensitive to wheat and there are times when I really want a slice of bread or toast. This and the other Knife and Fork breads I have tried are so much nicer than most of the gluten free breads available.

This bread has a lovely flavour and texture and is very good with just about anything.
I look forward to eating the sourdough toasted each day. It is tasty and has a satisfying chewiness to it, perfect with a sweet or savoury topping/spread. The only downside is having to slice all the loaves when they arrive before freezing! I stick to the smaller loaves because of this.
