  • Description

    This loaf is exactly the same as our sourdough and is made from just flour, salt, water and seeds. Wild yeasts and a long fermentation gives the bread is unique texture & incredible taste. We use our unique gluten free sourdough starter and flour blend. The big difference is that it is twice the weight and the size of a 'normal' loaf. This loaf has a tangy sour taste and a nice open texture. You may find sourdough mildly addictive and then just like me - one piece of this toast is never enough!

Great GF Sour Dough Bread

The bread texture and taste make it one of the best GF breads I've ever had. The loaf has the toughness of German Rye--something that is almost always missing from Gluten Free breads.

My favourite sourdough ❤️

I gave up on GF bread after months of trying various breads from the shops. I did not like the taste and texture (yes I am picky) or bad bloating followed as my celiac digestion is very sensitive…
Then one day my husband found this bakery! I have tried most of your breads and all are amazing and this one is the ONE for me. Just toasted with butter on top is a treat. Tastes real, no crap in it like GF bread from shops and never had any issues with my tummy after.
I have subscribed now, when they arrive I slice them, pop them in a freezer and don’t have to worry about it the whole month. Thank you for making my life easier and more enjoyable again!

Gluten Free Sourdough

It is so hard to find gluten free sourdough which is edible and this certainly fits the bill. I will be ordering more. Fantastic toasted with homemade marmalade and proper butter!
