Our sourdough is made from just flour, salt, water and seeds.  Wild yeasts and a long fermentation does the hard work instead of bakers yeast and it's this long ferment that also gives the bread is unique texture & incredible taste.

We have our very own unique gluten free sourdough starter and flour blend that creates our Knife & Fork gluten free sourdough loaves.

This loaf has a tangy sour taste and a nice open texture. You may find sourdough mildly addictive and then just like me - one piece of this toast is never enough!

This is our original sourdough loaf with sunflower, pumpkin and poppy seeds .  Each loaf is the same size but there are never two the same. 

We recommend that this is best eaten toasted.

Ingredients: sorghum flour, buckwheat flour, millet flour, maize flour, potato flour, rice flour, psyllium husk, flaxseed, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, poppy seeds, salt.

Great bread

Struggled to get decent gluten free bread for years but this bread, whilst not the cheapest, is head and shoulders the best and great delivery service

Tasty Gluten Free Bread

I love the size of the slices in this farmhouse loaf! The bread has texture and taste. It makes great toast and goes well with sweet or savoury.

Best ingredients

I really like the taste compared to many other gf breads tried, and the fact that it has good ingredients. I wonder if the price could be a little bit lower but overall recommended.

Great sliced loaf

My daughter and I both love the large sliced farmhouse loaf. It's a great base for any toast or sandwich and it comes sliced. Perfect!

Best gluten free sourdough!

Great taste and texture. Freezes very well, comes pre sliced so straight from freezer to toaster! Makes excellent toasted sandwiches. I subscribe and save because there is nowhere else to buy bread of this quality and taste and with no chemicals added. I highly recommend for Gluten free diet and for those who love bread!

Just Bread!

Well, what can I say. Apart from its bread! Not that cardboard stuff I had for about 10 years.
I never thought I would be able to have a ‘normal’ type of bread for the rest of my life. This is good, I left some out and froze the rest. I am not disappointed what so ever! Even the frozen came out better than I thought. Diagnosed coeliac about 10 years ago as I say, this to me is heaven. I thought it was a lot of money at first but it’s worth it. As you get to try most of the breads they have on offer. I will be ordinating my order on what I wish for each month. Be ready for when it does arrive, as you need to store or eat as much as you can eat as it’s fresh as the day after it arrives on the doorstep. Make sure your at home or it will vanish .

True authentic sourdough bread - superb!

Delicious

Very hard to find Coeliac certified bread that is not ultra processed and full of rubbish. Even harder to find one that tastes so good. All of the products I have bought from K&F have been great. I buy several at once and freeze then keep in the fridge once opened.

Beautifully made and delicious. Very pricy but as a treat I would buy again for sure.

Best gluten free bread

I am very pleased with the Knife and Fork Bakery gluten free breads. They are so tasty I look to my breakfast every day. I buy the ones without potato flour because I am very intolerant to potatoes, so I can only review the ones without potato flour. Thank you for your wonderful breads and your hard work to make someone like me feel I am not missing eating good bread.

Delicious and Healthy

Really pleased I found this company, their bread is delicious and healthy. I am avoiding corn, wheat and gluten for a while and am allergic to rice and almonds so to find three different breads here that I can eat that also contain no horrid E numbers, additives or preservatives, and that are really tasty is amazing and I am so grateful. The quality is excellent and delivery super quick after baking. The loaves freeze well too.

By far the best GF focaccia I've tried

This was my first try with Knife and Fork Bakery. The stellar offering is, without doubt, the Rosemary Focaccia. I froze the product when it arrived - I wanted to try out the loaves first. Defrosted and 'baked' the focaccia for a barbecue and was very pleasantly surprised at the quality and taste. I will certainly try this again.

Lovely gluten free sliced bread

I really like this bread and I am very happy to have found it. The flavor and texture are great, not the same as wheat based bread but still delicious. For me the most important thing is the wholesome ingredients used to make this bread, no additives or preservatives. I keep it in the freezer and defrost as needed. I have now put in my second order.

I sliced the bread and froze it in individual bags .

Froze well and lovely toasted . Will definitely buy more when I need it .

The loaf was a good flavour but a heavy texture (even for gluten free). I also felt the delivery cost was quite high too.

The seedy quinoa loaf is very tasty and satisfying. Slice and freeze on arrival. Great as toast.
