How a bake week works

1

Order

Online or by email by 5am Thursday for the following week.

2

We bake fresh

Monday to Thursday, in small batches — nothing sits in a warehouse.

3

Posted on bake day

Next-day DPD (£6.95 per delivery, added automatically).

4

On your shelves

BBE 4 days from delivery — every loaf freezes beautifully, and can be sold from frozen.

The range

Seventeen breads — true sourdoughs, everyday farmhouse loaves, focaccia — plus granolas. 100% gluten free, no gums, no additives, no preservatives.

Sell-out weeks don’t apply to you

We sell out most weeks — we’re a small bakery and everything is baked fresh to order. But standing orders are allocated to the bake schedule before anything else, so your shelves are never short.

Good to know

Is there a minimum order?
Yes — 10 units per delivery, any mix of loaves, focaccia and granola.
How is delivery charged?
A flat £6.95 per delivery, next day via DPD — added to your order automatically, so there are no surprises at checkout.
How do I pay?
One-off orders are paid at checkout; standing orders are charged only when a delivery is due. If you’re an established account on invoicing, nothing changes — keep ordering exactly as you do today.
What are the cut-offs?
Orders (online or by email): 5am Thursday for the following week’s bake. Standing-order changes: Sunday midnight. We bake Monday to Thursday (closed bank holidays).
What if something is sold out?
Order by the 5am Thursday cut-off and everything should still be in stock — wholesale orders land before the weekend rush. If something ever does show as sold out, email us and we’ll sort it for your following delivery.
What if our systems don’t fit this flow?
Purchase-order systems, supplier portals, weekly sheets — we’ve seen it all. Email Tanya and she’ll sort something that works for you directly.
Allergens & cross-contamination
We’re a 100% dedicated gluten free bakery. We do use eggs, milk and tree nuts (almonds, walnuts, hazelnuts) and ingredients containing soy and sulphites — full details on the price list and product labels.
