What you get

• A code for your clients. Your own code (for example SMITH-CLIENTS) gives free UK delivery on a first order of £25 or more, which is about four loaves. It works on one-off orders and on the first box of a subscription.
• A loaf on us for every client who orders. Each time someone places a first order with your code, you earn a loaf credit (£6.95) on your account. Use it whenever you next order, on any loaf. No cap, no forms; we tally it monthly and tell you the count.
• Five in a quarter unlocks a Practice Box: a mixed box of six loaves posted to your clinic, on us, that quarter. Twenty in a year and we build a resource with you: a client guide, or a bake named for your practice.
• A listing here, if you'd like one. Name, clinic and a link, on this page, so clients can see who recommends us. Opt-in only, and you can come off at any time.
• First taste of new bakes, and a say in what a careful clinician would want to see on this page.
• A guide under your name, if you want one: a short freezing and toasting guide for your clients that we design and you approve.

What we ask

• Recommend us only if you have tried the bread and would say the same to a friend.
• Point clients at the ingredients and nutrition on this page.
• If you post about a loaf we sent you, you can tag us on Instagram @bakerybyknifeandfork.

How it works

1. Reply to Em with the name you'd like on the code and whether you want a listing.
2. Your code is live within two working days, and we send you a short line you can paste into a resource sheet or newsletter.
3. Clients order at knifeandforkbakery.co.uk, enter the code at checkout, and the bread is baked to order and posted the day it is baked.
4. Each month we tally your code, add the loaf credits to your account, and tell you how many people came through, so you know it is worth your while.

Straight answers

Does the code work on subscriptions? On the first payment, yes. Renewals are billed at the subscription price with free delivery over £45.

Can I stop? Any time. Tell Em and the code is switched off the same day.

Do credits expire? They last six months from the month they are earned, and they are for bread, not cash.

Can I give the code to colleagues? Yes. If a practice wants one code between them, say so.

What about clients who can't eat some of the range? Every loaf's ingredients and allergens are on its product page and in the range table above. Focaccia contains milk and egg; the Chocolate loaf contains hazelnuts and soya; Apricot contains sulphites.
