I never eat gluten free bread as it is full of adatives , falls apart and has no taste .
I see this advertised on Instergram and tried the seeded sourdough .
This is amazing will be ordering lots more ,highly recommended .
I have used the knife and for bakery for a while now.
It is 100% the best I have found, I love the sliced sourdough in particular, taking a slice from the freezer as and when.
It’s great that it is baked to order with no preservatives. I couldn’t recommend it more
I’m so glad I found you! All of the breads in the taster pack are so good and so filling! The loaves are quite small but you really don’t need much. Most, if not all, GF breads you buy in shops are filled with ingredients that belong in a science lab but these guys know how to make proper GF breads. Thank you!
The best gf bread that I have ever had and I'm over 20 years gf. The sourdough is heavy in texture but delicious and the date and cinnamon is delicious, farmhouse is the best everyday bread.

I purchased the taster pack but it was great to sample all the different breads. I sliced them and froze them which was easy to do. The bread tastes absolutely fantastic. Such relief to find good quality gluten-free bread made with whole grain ingredients. I will definitely be ordering again.
Ordered the Taster pack. Have tried the Sourdough and cinnamon and date loaf so far. Both really tasty. Really nice to have found GF bread that tastes so good.
This tastes amazing and just as good defrosted. It's a healthier sweet treat. It just won't last long ha ha.
Tried the sliced Farmhouse and large Sourdough, both are really good.
In addition to being coeliac I also suffer from inclusion body myosotis with associated swallowing difficulties.
When toasted I find this the easiest of breads to swallow.

Hands down the best gluten free sourdough out there without added fillers or unnecessary ingredients. The bread is better suited toasted. The sliced loaf is better and easier to freeze. Delicious bread can't get enough of it!
I’ve yet to find bread from Knife and Fork bakery I don’t like. Have tried them all and if for some reason I run out (haven’t so far as they freeze well) I’d rather go without bread!
I love the farmhouse sliced but also want the occasional change. The quinoa and millet loaf is perfect - tasty without being overpowering, and lighter in texture than it looks. It’s great for a sandwich and delicious toasted with jam, marmalade, or a savoury topping. Love it!
Easy to cut and perfect size for me for sandwiches. Nice and tasty too.
I have not tasted such lovely bread since being diagnosed with coeliac disease 30 years ago.
I tried the Rosemary Focaccia first and could not believe how lovely and satisfying it was.
I’m so glad I bought the starter pack, it will take me a while to get through them all, but I have found favourites already and I can’t see me buying bread full of holes and the texture of cake every again.
Absolutely delicious gluten-free bread, with no additives, just bundles of flavour!
This bread is the nicest bread I have tasted & it’s even better toasted. I will definitely be buying it again. It’s also full of natural ingredients unlike shop bought bread.
