    Lighter in colour and flavour this is like a traditional farmhouse loaf. We still use wholegrain flours to make our own flour blend for this loaf so it’s not white but it is delicious! Our standard farmhouse loaf always reminds me of the old fashioned ‘white’ loaves my mum would buy from the village bakery. But this one is about the same size! A large slice, sliced the conventional way - just like a 'normal' loaf. It is also good value too - 50% more bread but not 50% more in cost. Delicious lightly toasted, slathered with butter or in sandwiches too – a great all - rounder.

Sliced farmhouse bread

Delicious taste and excellent texture to eat as bread but slightly toasted even better. Not squidgy enough for a sandwich but that is a price worth paying to have non chemically adulterated bread.

Such a good idea to send it ready sliced . Slightly more crumbly than the other loaves . I took it on a long hike today for my lunch with compte cheese and a tomato slice sandwich . Filling but not heavy
