Lovely seedy bread made with good ingredients and it freezes well - what more could you ask for !
This gluten bread is delicious and healthy. It’s a pleasure to eat and I love with vegemite, avocado and Alfa sprouts.
Very enjoyable selection of breads good texture and taste. Will buy again.

My wife really likes this bread - prefers it to any other gluten-free bread she's tried. She has it toasted. The slicing isn't perfect so need to finish it off before putting in the freezer
It did not suit my palette. But when I toasted it in the frying pan with a lot of butter, so far it was okay.
Great with anything really. Would prefer it in a traditional loaf shape which would make it easier to cut as I have ms. That doesn't seem to be available though hence the four stars.
I like the larger loaf and that it's sliced. Freezes well and is delicious toasted .Very moorish but filling and filling and great not to have additives.i think it tastes better than the small one
I love that the ingredients are so simple compared to shop's gf bread, and that by itself is great. Tastes delicious when well toasted. I do not give 5 stars because of the quality/price ratio and because it is not my #1 gf bread but definitely within my favourites on the list.
Love this bread! It's tasty unlike gluten free bread from supermarkets.
I am enjoying this loaf more than the smaller version i had previously. It is less obviously ‘sour’. The slicing of this large loaf was incompletely cut so had to finish it off. I will buy this again as I look forward to having it with various topping.
I am very happy with the professional service. The different breads I ordered are delicious; although I am yet to sample one of the loaves, I am sure it will not disappoint. I will definitely be ordering again since quality gluten free and/or sourdough breads are not easy to find.
This is a very versatile loaf which I use perfectly for sandwiches but equally delicious toasted.
It’s a must have on my shopping list .
I really enjoy the variety of outstanding breads made by the bakery and find it hard to pick a favourite but the seedy quinoa is right up there.
So happy I have found this fabulous bread all the loaves I have ordered, Sourdough, cumin/turmeric, buckwheat and date/cinnamon have been excellent. Supermarket gluten free bread gives me indigestion and your bread doesn't which is a win win for me. I will definitely be ordering again soon. Thank you :)

I have tried many gluten free mueslis and granolas and most taste like saw dust! but the Knife and fork bakery have successfully produced a balanced and delicious breakfast cereal
Good healthy ingredients and sourdough,no yeast and artificial,also it is not loaded with starch.
Delicious healthy bread. Removing ultra processed bread from my diet, changing to bread with good ingredients, plus being delicious - no contest.☺️

These brownies were delicious! I used maple syrup in place of sugar, worked amazing. Definitely new family favourite.
I've been trying to eat less ultra processed food so this was perfect. I loved every loaf especially the focaccia which was incredible. Everything froze well so lasted me a good while. Will be ordering again.
