Rosemary focaccia

£8.95

description

Our 2022 Great Taste Award Winning rosemary focaccia has a light texture and is perfect to enjoy as part of a meal, to dip into olive oil and balsamic vinegar or even split and toast it like a panini.  It’s made from our very own focaccia flour mix, lots of olive oil &  sea salt.

We bake it in its own little wooden tray, which makes it so easy to refresh.

Place it on a baking tray and give it a good splash of water and pop it in a hot oven (180 - 200C)  for 10 – 15 minutes.  Do keep an eye on it though as all ovens vary.  It should be moist and soft inside with a crusty exterior.

There's no need to re-heat all of it at once though - you can of course portion it and re- heat it too.

It also freezes really well - up to 3 months.

Ingredients:

Rice flour, potato flour, tapioca flour, psyllium, yeast, olive oil, milk, eggs, rosemary,  sea salt.

Allergens:

Egg, milk

Lovely Farmhouse loaf!

This bread has a lovely flavour and texture and is very good with just about anything.

Tasty sourdough

I look forward to eating the sourdough toasted each day. It is tasty and has a satisfying chewiness to it, perfect with a sweet or savoury topping/spread. The only downside is having to slice all the loaves when they arrive before freezing! I stick to the smaller loaves because of this.

Delicious breads really enjoying them thank you

Love this bread

So great to have such fabulous bread delivered to the door. I've not found any other gf bread that comes anywhere near, especially as it has no fillers, gums or other nasties. Great to have in the freezer ready to heat or toast, thank you.

This was my first order with the bakery. The best bread I've tried , even my husband commented how great it is . The bread doesn't full apart and texture is superb . This will be my go to bakery now .

Consistently fantastic and much admired

Consistently fantastic and much admired. Friends and family call them ‘the best brownies ever’ always a tussle with my conscience as I decide whether to confess that that they’re not totally mine…

Lovely GF bread

I love the breads and it's even better knowing they have no nasty additives or harmful emulsifiers. All of the breads I have tried are great and the seedy quinoa is also great, also extra points for the protein in it. Makes it even better

Really tasty!

I'm just really happy to have sandwiches back in my life. Even if they are a luxury now. Maybe at some point being gluten-free won't break the bank...

Good Bread

Sadly will have to stay a luxury or me because of price

Lovely bread

Love this loaf. Good size. Always have it toasted. Best GF bread I’ve tasted.

Excellent

No comparison to the GF supermarket bread. Won’t go back

Great tasting bread

I was very happy with my breads. It is so great to buy really tasty gluten free breads, and unlike some other GF Breads these really filled me up. I have loved all the breads so far and I will be buying more.
Thank you

Five stars

I have tried three of the loaves and very pleased with all. It was a pleasure to find a company that worked without the chemical to produce a good wholesome loaf.

Problem solved

Amazing thanks

The best, thank you all, simple ,short list of ingredients, no gums nor additives

GF bread that has none of the gums nor additives, thank goodness, the only bakery ,I shall be using now and in the future

Brilliant

What can you say apart from that “ All the loaves are to die for” Great to have proper bread again without all the chemicals and preservatives - Thank You so much

Olive Foccacia

Tasty with a good texture if toasted. Along with the Rosemary Foccacia it is so much better than your other breads, which tend to be bitter and tasteless.

Buckwheat and poppyseed loaf

When the box arrived I was amazed how heavy the loaves were. I spent some time slicing, interweaving with baking paper then freezing which helped me realise that though the loaves are small, they contain a good number of slices. I've almost finished the buckwheat and poppyseed loaf (the one I was least sure about) and I loved it. Delicious toasted it's crunchy and has flavour which mass produced GF breads don't. I'm really looking forward to trying the rest of the loaves. There's no avoiding the fact that the bread is expensive, but a little goes a long way, you definitely get what you pay for, and my digestive system is delighted. Next I'll try the seedy quinoa.

First time buyer

I haven’t tried them all yet but the focaccia, buckwheat and poppy seed, also the sourdough are delicious.

Great bread

This has been my second delivery from Knife and Fork. Their bread is not cheap, but (unlike the pappy supermarket gluten free bread) all their bread is filling and substantial...generally I only use one slim slice instead of two. It freezes well and I just take out what I need.

Cinnamon and Date loaf

So far, I've enjoyed all of the bread I have tried from this bakery, but cinnamon date is a favourite for my breakfast toast, it could stand a few more dates in the mix, but the flavour is really good.

I love the flavour of all of the loaves I've tried, but not the texture for fresh eating, I prefer it toasted and it makes fabulous crunchy toast. Still prefer the softer stuff from M&S for my sandwiches, but it's a good job, because I can't afford this every day anyway.

If you are thinking about giving this bakery a try, do, it's very tasty bread. If you are new to GF, don't imagine this is anything like the bread you've recently given up, it's a dense, heavy texture, but, it's free of all the junk found in supermarket GF bread and it tastes great! I slice and freeze all mine on day of arrival and that works perfectly for me

Enjoying product so far, but feels a little on the expensive side

I have only just started my first order, bread is tasting great, but looking at the size of them a bit expensive, I get it its specialist, but worried no matter how much I enjoy them, will find it hard to justify the cost, lets see how it goes.

much too delicious!

Delicious. I highly recommend

This is one of my favourites. Great taste :)

Working my way through the taster pack, all very lovely so far! Finally gluten free bread you can eat without toasting it and masking the flavour with marmite!
Defrosting the Focaccia today to go with some balsamic and olive oil…. ☺️
