As a mother of a son with coeliac disease, but also as a nutritional therapist, I couldn’t recommend Tanya’s breads more highly. They have so much depth of flavour and such a lovely consistency that you just don’t get from gluten free supermarket breads. I especially love her ingredients such as quinoa flour, flax seeds, buckwheat flour, millet flour, real eggs, butter, herbs and of course many more. They are highly nutritious and a great way to sneak extra nutrients into my son’s diet without the fuss. I especially love the sourdough loaf, but they are all delicious!

I've not come across a sourdough loaf that tastes as it should until now. Somehow, Tanya has used her magic to create great tasting bread using all gluten free ingredients. What's also nice is that these loaves aren't full of chemicals or preservatives.

We have been on gluten free as a family for a year. Initially we bought supermarket branded bread which in no time we notice there was no good as they were full of additives and made with fast carbs flour with will spike my glucose level very quickly. Then I found this knife and folk bakery. We love the multigrain seeded sourdough bread which is great for gut health, with slow carbs coated by high proteins seeds it is just doing so well for my glucose level! We love the loaves so much and have ordered 4/5 times and my fridge is always having frozen slices of it!
Such a flavourful bread. And so perfect to use as a cheese (and onion) toastie - crisp on the outside with a succulent soft, moist texture inside blending well with the filling. My 'to die for' lunch.
The rosemary focaccia tastes so nice. I didn’t freeze it - had about a fifth at a time 8 mins at 200 in the air fryer - phenomenal.
Sourdough tastes good and I used it for sandwiches. If freezing definitely slice it first
The date bread is gorgeous especially with butter and honey. Toasts well too
Really delicious and so soft and moist. Quick toasting toast or warm in the oven. Lovely flavour…irresistible!
I really appreciate there are no nasty additives in ‘The Bakery’ products. They are all delicious, and never any gut ache for me which, sadly, happens with other GF brands.
The bread sliced beautifully and I was able to batch and easily freeze. I have found that it is very filling and you can taste the quality. Myself and my gut are very happy 😊
Have to say this is my preferred of all the loaves that this wonderful bakery produce. It reminds me of good old fashioned dense ‘wholemeal’ before I was GF! The best, trust me.
As someone who must be Gluten Free, discovering Knife and Fork by post has changed my life. Their Sourdough and Rosemary focaccia is simply delicious.

Beautiful cinnamon & date GF bread. My first order from them and will absolutely buy again. I ordered three different breads. All amazing. I cut them in slices as soon as they arrived and froze them. Every morning I take two slices out and toast them. They're crunchy and awesome. Try them!!
For anyone who's spent years searching for a gf and df bread without binding additives, and with only healthy ingredients and great taste, this bread is a little miracle. Once toasted it tastes delicious and the texture and chewiness makes me feel like it's the first taste of bread I've had in about 15 years.
