This loaf has the proper sourdough flavour. It's chewy, satisfying, feels healthy to eat and good on my tummy. I slice, freeze and toast as needed.
Those used to supermarket GF bread may find it a bit dense, but that's how proper bread is. Supermarket bread is now considered a highly processed food, and now that I'm eating real bread, I just can't go back to it. I've experimented at home making my own GF sourdough, but found it tricky and couldn't bake anything as tasty as this. Well done Knife and Fork for creating a beautiful, authentic and enjoyable loaf.
