As a mother of a son with coeliac disease, but also as a nutritional therapist, I couldn’t recommend Tanya’s breads more highly. They have so much depth of flavour and such a lovely consistency that you just don’t get from gluten free supermarket breads. I especially love her ingredients such as quinoa flour, flax seeds, buckwheat flour, millet flour, real eggs, butter, herbs and of course many more. They are highly nutritious and a great way to sneak extra nutrients into my son’s diet without the fuss. I especially love the sourdough loaf, but they are all delicious!
Loaves arrived this morning, I am overjoyed! Didn't think it was possible to have bread like this gf, it's a dream come true thank you.
I've not come across a sourdough loaf that tastes as it should until now. Somehow, Tanya has used her magic to create great tasting bread using all gluten free ingredients. What's also nice is that these loaves aren't full of chemicals or preservatives.

Buckwheat & Poppy seed bread another delicious addition to my bakery order. I toast all bread, as I bulk order and use straight from the freezer. Very much enjoyed with smashed avocado or just topped with real butter 😋
I have been searching for years to find a gluten and sourdough bread with no cross contamination no bacon Agents nothing that can harm the body in. This is the one it’s fabulous amazing you get it fresh you can freeze it. It’s great toast great sandwich taste like normal bread, but you know you’re not getting rubbish in it…. Thank you so very much for the bottom of my heart for you baking this it’s amazing. Xx
I’ve really enjoyed my starter pack so far. And the service and delivery was excellent. If you have the freezer space, this is an excellent tester to try lots of well made bread!
Delicious taste and excellent texture to eat as bread but slightly toasted even better. Not squidgy enough for a sandwich but that is a price worth paying to have non chemically adulterated bread.
A gluten free loaf that is affordable, versatile and very tasty. My breakfast have become delicious. I toast two slices and then mash a boiled egg and some small, home grown tomatoes, pepper and salt with organic virgin olive oil. Pile it on the toast and perhaps add a slice of ham or cheese and sometimes both. It is scrunchy, moist and very tasty. Revolutionised my breakfasts. Thank you.
Such a good idea to send it ready sliced . Slightly more crumbly than the other loaves . I took it on a long hike today for my lunch with compte cheese and a tomato slice sandwich . Filling but not heavy
After a gut virus a few years ago I found I couldn’t eat wheat. A lot of the breads sold in supermarkets are very disappointing to say the least. Then I heard about the Knife and Fork bakery. I usually put in a fairly large order for different breads and freeze them. I ordered the large sliced sourdough last time I haven’t had it before. I will certainly order again. I love sourdough but shop bought is a disappointment but this is great with mashed avocado on top it’s delicious
I was delighted to get my pack. I tried every one of the 6 loaves fresh before I froze them. They are all different and all very flavourful. - Favourites?? - I love the nutty(ish) texture and the taste of the Quinoa loaf; and the Rosemary Focaccia makes the most wonderful cheese toasties ever - soft and full of flavour. Both these loaves will be on my shopping list next time along with others that I want to try.
Absolutely delicious! Couldn’t recommend high enough. I struggled to find good gluten free in France so I even brought it frozen with me for my regular supply!
