description

Our Great Taste Award Winning rosemary focaccia has a light texture and is perfect to enjoy as part of a meal, to dip into olive oil and balsamic vinegar or even split and toast it like a panini.  It’s made from our very own focaccia flour mix, lots of olive oil &  sea salt.

We bake it in its own little wooden tray, which makes it so easy to refresh.

Place it on a baking tray and give it a good splash of water and pop it in a hot oven (180 - 200C)  for 10 – 15 minutes.  Do keep an eye on it though as all ovens vary.  It should be moist and soft inside with a crusty exterior.

There's no need to re-heat all of it at once though - you can of course portion it and re- heat it too.

It also freezes really well - up to 3 months.

Ingredients:

Rice flour, potato flour, tapioca flour, psyllium, yeast, olive oil, milk, eggs, rosemary,  sea salt.

Allergens:

Egg, milk

Made in a facility that handles nuts, sulphites & soya

The loaf was a good flavour but a heavy texture (even for gluten free). I also felt the delivery cost was quite high too.

Delicious healthy gluten-free bread

If you need or want to avoid gluten, you should try these natural, tasty and healthy alternative loaves to the supermarket GF options which are full of additives.

The seedy quinoa loaf is very tasty and satisfying. Slice and freeze on arrival. Great as toast.

Tasty Gluten Free Bread

It really is as close to a traditional sourdough loaf as you can get. Best toasted, I find. Goes with anything.

Best GF Loaf available

What it says on the tin really. This is the Best GF Loaf available.
I have tried local bakeries, supermarkets, mass bakeries. This is the best I have found.
Freezes and toasts well too.

Very Nice

Very nice loaf with a lighter density than the sourdough. It is easy to slice and once toasted it has a very mild but nice pop corny taste. Like the rest of the breads, it's made with high quality ingredients and GF grains/Flours and can freeze easily. Buy to try and enjoy.

Husbands favourite!

Very nice loaf and one that my husband finds so delicious that he feels 'normal' - well, gluten free bread wise! With all the lovely breads bought from the Bakery - and he's trying the lot - two slices are fine at a meal, whereas he ate almost half a loaf at a time of the shop bought UPF gluten free 'bread'.

Delicious

Whenever I’m visiting from Australia I order from The Bakery & am never disappointed. From ordering to delivery so straightforward. The bread is world class best I have eaten anywhere.

Quinoa and millet loaf

Very very tasty
Fantastic ingredients
Goes a long way
One slice at breakfast is sufficient.

Farmhouse loaf

I love this loaf in fact I love all of your loaves except the one that has cinnamon in it as I do not like cinnamon,I was just going to order another one but you are sold out

The Quest continues.

Like most people I’ve really struggled since my celiac diagnosis so tried your mail order breads.
I enjoyed the Focaccia & the small sourdough and will buy those again. The small dense loaves? - which I cut lengthwise - I’m afraid I will give them a miss.
You’ve clearly worked really hard at your mission and for that I thank you.

Bakery order

Wonderful bread especially focaccia.
Delivery excellent too.

Delicious and easy to use when already sliced

Best GF bread available

I enjoy the bread. I froze all of the pack and have been eating it gradually. Best toasted which makes it very nice.

Great to be able to eat decent gf bread

It's ok !

Good size and density but I find the texture quite sandy although it's perfectly edible. There was another GF loaf that I ordered from you that was fab and I can't remember which it was and have accidentally ordered this one twice since.

Loved the Seedy Quinoa loaf!

I ordered this and others from the Bakery and was not let down....it tasted really good. What I enjoy is the fact it is nice and compact and does not disintegrate like shop bought GF loaves. it retains its body and it has a lovely nutty flavour. I love it heated up in the toaster with melted butter and honey! Thank you Knife and Fork Bakery

Delicious and satisfying

It’s so nice to be able to make a proper sandwich without it falling apart when I pick it up

Delicious bread

Tasty sandwich bread. So lovely to have bread without all the unnecessary additives including sugar. Freezes well and makes great toast too. Ive bout before and will buy again.

Seedy quinoa sandwich loaf

Wow! Absolutely amazing! I LOVE this bread! It tastes great and has caused no health reaction for me, which is saying a lot! At last, I can eat bread again! It is great to find a bread which contains no maize (as this causes me terrible bloating), and contains none of the nasties which are in shop bought g/f bread.

Loved it

Best gluten free bread I’ve ever had. The large sourdough loaf is a hit in our household and my husband, who is not gluten intolerant like myself, has decided he will eat only gluten free bread if we continue to buy our bread from Knife and Fork bakery.
I like the larger loaves as the slices fit well in the toaster.
