As a mother of a son with coeliac disease, but also as a nutritional therapist, I couldn’t recommend Tanya’s breads more highly. They have so much depth of flavour and such a lovely consistency that you just don’t get from gluten free supermarket breads. I especially love her ingredients such as quinoa flour, flax seeds, buckwheat flour, millet flour, real eggs, butter, herbs and of course many more. They are highly nutritious and a great way to sneak extra nutrients into my son’s diet without the fuss. I especially love the sourdough loaf, but they are all delicious!

I've not come across a sourdough loaf that tastes as it should until now. Somehow, Tanya has used her magic to create great tasting bread using all gluten free ingredients. What's also nice is that these loaves aren't full of chemicals or preservatives.

Very nice loaf with a lighter density than the sourdough. It is easy to slice and once toasted it has a very mild but nice pop corny taste. Like the rest of the breads, it's made with high quality ingredients and GF grains/Flours and can freeze easily. Buy to try and enjoy.
Very nice loaf and one that my husband finds so delicious that he feels 'normal' - well, gluten free bread wise! With all the lovely breads bought from the Bakery - and he's trying the lot - two slices are fine at a meal, whereas he ate almost half a loaf at a time of the shop bought UPF gluten free 'bread'.

I love this loaf in fact I love all of your loaves except the one that has cinnamon in it as I do not like cinnamon,I was just going to order another one but you are sold out
I ordered this and others from the Bakery and was not let down....it tasted really good. What I enjoy is the fact it is nice and compact and does not disintegrate like shop bought GF loaves. it retains its body and it has a lovely nutty flavour.
