I enjoy the bread. I froze all of the pack and have been eating it gradually. Best toasted which makes it very nice.
Good size and density but I find the texture quite sandy although it's perfectly edible. There was another GF loaf that I ordered from you that was fab and I can't remember which it was and have accidentally ordered this one twice since.
I ordered this and others from the Bakery and was not let down....it tasted really good. What I enjoy is the fact it is nice and compact and does not disintegrate like shop bought GF loaves. it retains its body and it has a lovely nutty flavour. I love it heated up in the toaster with melted butter and honey! Thank you Knife and Fork Bakery

Tasty sandwich bread. So lovely to have bread without all the unnecessary additives including sugar. Freezes well and makes great toast too. Ive bout before and will buy again.
Wow! Absolutely amazing! I LOVE this bread! It tastes great and has caused no health reaction for me, which is saying a lot! At last, I can eat bread again! It is great to find a bread which contains no maize (as this causes me terrible bloating), and contains none of the nasties which are in shop bought g/f bread.
Best gluten free bread I’ve ever had. The large sourdough loaf is a hit in our household and my husband, who is not gluten intolerant like myself, has decided he will eat only gluten free bread if we continue to buy our bread from Knife and Fork bakery.
I like the larger loaves as the slices fit well in the toaster.
The GF focaccia is delicious, especially with a good quality olive oil. The bread freezes well (I slice it first) and is nice toasted. I prefer to pay a bit more for a quality product and ingredients hence my second order.
Absolutely scrummy! Thickly cut, toasted ….. and finished in air fryer slathered with goats butter and mashed banana on top!
So over the moon to have found gluten free bread that is as good as any bread, I’ve really missed toast and this is an absolute treat!
Also love the cinnamon/date loaf. Wish though there was no soya …… but it’s only a tiny bit so ok …. ☺️✨
Excited to try some nice gf bread on holiday so ordered a taster box to share with my brother for the week. Cannot fault the ordering or delivery process and had pleasant correspondence. Unfortunately, we tried the focaccia first and it was amazing so it was then a bit disappointing to cut into the other loaves which were very dense. The actual taste was lovely but they were a bit dry and crumbly and meant sandwiches did not hold together very well. If I had more freezer space I'd bulk buy the focaccia but unfortunately the rest of the bread is too expensive for loaves where the texture is not ideal. Thank you for trying!

My box arrived in good condition. I sliced and froze all the loaves except for the Focaccia which I heated and we ate it all over 2 days. On the second day, I toasted the slices which worked really well and I shall definitely be ordering again. It will take some time to sample them all as I am the only GF person here. Thanks.
Delicious sourdough for toasting - definitely one of my favourites of your different breads but they are all excellent. I am so pleased to have discovered you - you make the absolute best gluten free bread.

As ever with K&F breads : simply slice freeze and toast (or warm through in microwave to enjoy a moist texture)
Plus cinnamon and dates are both good for the gut too so perfect all round:-)
I must say I thought the loaves would be bigger.
However, I used mine for toast, which was absolutely delicious.
This is the best gluten free bread I’ve ever tasted, worth every penny.
